Returns & Refunds
- Food Items can be returned only if any wrong item has been sent to you.
- You can apply to return an item by calling us through our app. Once you send us the pictures of the wrong item shipped and our team confirms it, we will send you the item you ordered and take back the wrong item.
- Make sure you do not eat, mix, transfer it into a different vessel, or tamper the food item in any way in order to qualify for the return.
- In case of giving refunds, an amount equivalent to the product price paid by the customer will be refunded back into the customer’s wallet.
- Refund will be initiated with 2 to 7 business days.
Order Cancellation
- Users are allowed to cancel any order they have placed before the order is prepared.
- Once the order is prepared, the order cannot be canceled.
- Users can cancel an order by going inside My Orders -> Order -> Cancel Order.
- Users can also contact our team to cancel any order they have placed.
